Shipping And Handling

We have to advise that until further notice we can only accept transactions made in Pounds Sterling this is because of because of payment constraints.

Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

For UK Trade customers there is a charge based on ex VAT shown according to the following tariff:

Up to £25 £3

£25.01-£50 £4

£50.01 plus £6

A signature will be required on delivery.

Delivery Schedule

Please note delivery times vary. Anticipated delivery is between 2 to 21 days from receipt of order however this depending on stock availability. Our aim is for you to receive your order very quickly usually within a working week.

We must advise that at the present time we do not despatch at the weekends or on bank and public holidays. Please note delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will contact you straightaway using the information you have supplied. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Products that are in stock at our warehouse are usually dispatched
within 1-3 working days. Products that are out of stock are usually
dispatched within 4-7 working days from our warehouse or direct from our
factory/suppliers. Please note delivery times may be affected by factors
beyond our control.


Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or factory, there
are various delivery options:

UK- 1st Class, Sign for

Up to 200g    £2

201g - 500g  £3

501g - 750g  £4

751g - 1000g £5

Over 1000g, each additional 200g = £1

UK Parcelforce

(Delivery usually within 48 hours from dispatch)

Up to 10kg   £15 

Over 10kg, each additional 1kg = £1

International-

Sign for (US, Republic of Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Sweden)

Up to 200g    £7

201g - 500g  £8

501g - 750g  £9

751g - 1000g £10

Over 1000g, each additional  200g = £5

Other Information

A signature is required for all orders.

If your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail we will provide you
with your unique 13-digit reference, which you can use to Track and
Trace your order via the Royal Mail's website: www. RoyalMail.com.

If your order has been sent by our factory/supplier, please check on
delivery of the goods, that the goods have not been damaged before you
sign just in case the parcel has been dropped. As an added insurance
please write the words 'goods unexamined' next to your signature.
