Our terms and conditions and all sales and communications relating to this website; www.alphamarque.com are governed by English Law, including The Distance Selling Regulations, The Electronic E-Commerce Regulations and the Data Protection Acts and the Computer Misuse Acts. All sales will only be completed in English.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We are willing to prosecute anyone found attempting to commit or to have committed fraud on our site.
Special Offers/ Free Gifts
We advise that our website special offers may vary slightly from those in our retail shops.
All special offers, both on our website and in our retail shops, are on a 'whilst stocks last' and 'subject to availability' basis. When we offer a free gift there can only be one free gift per transaction.
Any additional terms and conditions that may apply to a special offer will be communicated to you at the appropriate time.

We advise that prices given on our website only apply to website orders. Our retail shop prices may vary slightly. Variation in prices, special offers and delivery charges from those stated on Alphamarque.com.com may occur if an item is purchased through our retails shops or by telephone or fax.
Suitability and Liability
If you are in any doubt about the suitability of a product Alphamarque recommend you seek appropriate advice from a medical professional prior to purchase to ensure a product will be suitable for your needs. Alphamarque can not be held responsible in any way for any accident or injury however caused arising from the misuse of a product once purchased.
Shipping And Handling
We have to advise that until further notice we can only accept transactions made in Pounds Sterling this is because of because of payment constraints.
Due to Laws regarding products despatched to the USA, all products that can be shipped to the USA have an option on the product page to check which states the price ex VAT plus delivery cost for the USA. Please check this option and select USA on the country drop down menu when you are at the checkout stage.
Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
A signature may be required on delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Please note delivery times vary. Anticipated delivery is between 7 to 21 days from receipt of order however this depending on stock availability. Our aim is for you to receive your order very quickly usually within a working week.
We must advise that at the present time we do not usually despatch at the weekends or on bank and public holidays. Please note delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will contact you using the information you have supplied. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Products that are in stock at our warehouse are usually dispatched within 5 working days. Products that are out of stock are usually dispatched within 7-14 working days from our warehouse or direct from our factory/suppliers. Please note delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.

201g - 500g £3
501g - 750g £4
751g - 1000g £5
Over 1000g, each additional 200g = £1
International- Post (Except USA):
Up to 200g £7
201g - 500g £8
501g - 750g £9
751g - 1000g £10
Over 1000g, each additional 200g = £5
UK Parcelforce (Delivery usually within 48 hours from dispatch)
Up to 10kg £15
Over 10kg, each additional 1kg = £1
Other Information
If your order has been sent by our factory/supplier, please check on
delivery of the goods, that the goods have not been damaged before you
sign just in case the parcel has been dropped. As an added insurance
please write the words 'goods unexamined' next to your signature.

There will be a clear indication if a product for sale can be exempted from V.A.T. and what details are required online to qualify. Any decision about what product can be exempted or not rests with the manufacturer and Customs and Excise, not with Alphamarque.
Any customer claiming V.A.T. relief, currently at 17.5%, will be required to complete the necessary form when they purchase online so that Alphamarque can price the item correctly.

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
You can shop with Alphamarque in complete confidence because we offer a Money Back Guarantee. Under our guarantee you may cancel or return a purchase if you find them unsuitable at any time either before or up to seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by you (as per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
On satisfactory completion of the terms below you will receive a refund.
Alphamarque reserves the right to levy a 10% handling charge on all refunds.
Alphamarque reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange where hygiene is an issue. This includes all purchases of commodes, commode pans, urinals, incontinence products, bed sheets, chair pads, raised toilet seats, bath seats, bath boards, hosiery, orthopaedic supports or any item that is in direct contact with the skin. .
To cancel your purchase before delivery please e-mail us at sales@alphamarque.com or phone us on 01707 660188 and please state your customer order number.
If you wish to cancel or return your purchase after delivery (up to 7 working days) please return the product to our shops in the Galleria Hatfield or St Johns Street Colchester either by visiting the shops with your goods, your Confirmation Order Form/ Receipt and your Card you paid with or by post (enclosing the purchase and Confirmation Order Form/ Receipt) and address it to Unit 55 The Galleria Outlet Centre, Comet Way. Hatfield, Hertfordshire,AL10 0XR.
If you are returning your purchase by post please complete the 'Return Order Form' enclosed with your order and return to us by using the Royal Mail service via a post office and please don't forget to obtain a 'Proof of Posting'.
Your purchase must be complete, not damaged or marked in any way and in the original packaging where appropriate. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the purchase must also be returned.
Where there is no proof of purchase presented, or where goods or packaging are incomplete, marked, damaged or missing or where the purchase is a 'special order', cancellation and/or refunds of your purchase will not be possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
