Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
You can shop with Alphamarque in complete confidence because we offer a Money Back Guarantee. Under our guarantee you may cancel or return a purchase if you find them unsuitable at any time either before or up to seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by you (as per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
On satisfactory completion of the terms below you will receive a refund.
Alphamarque reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange where hygiene is an issue. This includes all purchases of commodes, commode pans, urinals, incontinence products, bed sheets, chair pads, raised toilet seats, bath seats, bath boards, hosiery, orthopedic supports or any item that is in direct contact with the skin. .
To cancel your purchase before delivery please e-mail us at sales@alphamarque.com or phone us on 01727 837836 and please state your customer order number.
If you wish to cancel or return your purchase after delivery (up to 7 working days) please return the product to our shops in St Albans, Hertfordshire or Colchester, Essex either by visiting the shops with your goods, your Confirmation Order Form/ Receipt and your Card you paid with or by post (enclosing the purchase and Confirmation Order Form/ Receipt) and address it to 3 Loyd Court, 63 Russet Drive, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0AZ, England.
If you are returning your purchase by post please complete the 'Return Order Form' enclosed with your order and return to us by using the Royal Mail service via a post office and please don't forget to obtain a 'Proof of Posting'.
Your purchase must be complete, not damaged or marked in any way and in the original packaging where appropriate. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the purchase must also be returned.
Where there is no proof of purchase presented, or where goods or packaging are incomplete, marked, damaged or missing or where the purchase is a 'special order', cancellation and/or refunds of your purchase will not be possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
