Its mission statement is to create a retail network of shops and mobile showrooms to sell thousands of products that will help with easier living for those people who may be elderly or disabled. The company prides itself on offering all its customers helpful advice and product information to assist with product choice together with a high standard of service at all times.
Alphamarque has a retail premises in Colchester in Essex and a home service run in the St Albans area. Both services allow the customer to view before they buy.
The company has a fleet of mobile showrooms which can take products to the customer for demonstration, without obligation, if a visit to the shop is not convenient.

One of our unique strengths is our personal assessment service which can be carried out in either of our retail shops or, by appointment, at the customer’s home. These assessments and demonstrations are without any obligation to purchase and will provide the customer with all the information from our numerous suppliers.
